For more than 14 years, we have been offering unforgettable trips to our clients so that they can take away memorable experiences and tell our future clients about them. We have made many of our clients live Peru, Bolivia, in an original way, because we know how to advise, propose and above all personalize the trip of their dreams.

Without a doubt, the years of experience make us look at the tourism market as a reliable source and axis to carry out any required request.

We offer customized programs in private service with highly trained guides in Portuguese, Spanish and English. We also adapt perfectly to the needs of our clients and adapt to their own pace.

Our clients have the characteristic of looking for tailor-made, private trips, where they can enjoy the tour as they have planned it and take memories to tell.

The service we provide is personalized according to the client's requirements, in order to facilitate their experience during their visit to Peru or Bolivia.

The formalities for confirming a program are as follows:

Validate the desired version in this Client Area.
Fill out a registration form for each participant.
Deposit the scanned copies of the passports on the “My Documents” page provided for this purpose.
Pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the trip. The balance is due 30 days before the start of the program. In the case of a late booking (less than 30 days before the start of the program), you will be required to pay the full amount. No registration can be considered without this deposit.
Once these formalities are completed, we proceed on our side to confirm the program in our system and launch the reservations.

Our quotes do not include any bank fees. All bank fees are the responsibility of the traveler. Therefore, the amounts paid must include the bank fee so that the entire amount of the payments reaches the company's account.

Payment will be made via Wise or a similar payment platform, an interbank transfer, or an online payment on our website. The amount of bank fees depends on the payment method used. It is possible to combine different payment methods to minimize the fee.

  1. Bank payment: You can make an interbank transfer to our checking account in Peru. In this case, you should insist that your banker include these fees. The transferred amount is the amount that must arrive in our account.

Additionally, your banker must exchange the euros for dollars BEFORE the transfer: the funds transferred must be in dollars, not euros, because the exchange rate is less advantageous here, which would impact the amount received and affect the final balance.
  2. Online Payment: Visa, Amex, or Mastercard fees amount to 5.5% of the amount sent.
The fees charged by these companies for transactions are different in Latin America than in Europe. Here, they are considerably more expensive and are not dependent on THE AGENCY, which retains nothing.

Here's how to benefit from cancellation insurance while keeping costs to a minimum: before making any transfer, take the time to check the minimum amount you must pay with your card to benefit from cancellation insurance, pay the initial deposit as such, and then pay the 50% difference using another payment method, either through Wise or by interbank transfer. However, don't forget to take this into account when making your payment. You can request an exact deposit from us.

Registration Form: It is essential that registration forms are filled out correctly and without errors, especially regarding first name, last name, and passport number. The information in your passport must be exactly what appears on the registration form.

We are not responsible for incorrect information that causes operational issues before or during your stay. Changes after confirmation may result in additional charges.

When confirming a program, THE TRAVELER is aware of the need to purchase cancellation insurance in their country of origin. Any cancellation will inevitably result in deductions from the amounts paid (booking fees, non-refundable services, etc.).

Therefore, it is important that THE TRAVELER purchase cancellation insurance to cover potential losses in the event of cancellation. Some payment cards offer cancellation insurance; please check your contract for the exact terms. Should THE TRAVELER need to cancel their trip, the amounts paid will be refunded with the following deductions:

• Regardless of the cancellation date, certain services are non-refundable. See the relevant section for details. THE AGENCY will deduct these expenses in addition to the deductions published below.

• If you cancel more than 45 days before departure: The full amount paid will be refunded, less a penalty of USD 220 per person for administration fees, in addition to non-refundable services, particularly domestic flights and Inca Trail reservations. You will also be responsible for bank transaction costs.

• If the cancellation occurs between 44 and 20 days before departure, THE AGENCY will retain 50% of the total trip price. If the balance has been paid by this date, we will refund the difference, but you will be responsible for the transaction fees.

• If the cancellation occurs between 19 and 10 days before departure, THE AGENCY will retain 70% of the total trip price. If the full trip price has been paid by this date, we will refund the difference, but you will be responsible for the transaction fees.

• If the cancellation is made less than 9 days before departure, if you fail to show up for the appointment, or if the trip is interrupted during your stay due to your decision in any way, THE AGENCY will retain 100% of the total stay price with no refund. International flight delays are not considered cancellations. THE AGENCY will make every effort to ensure that your trip can resume as normal, but any additional expenses incurred will be borne by THE TRAVELER.
